Finding time to exercise has been a struggle since our move. It just seems like my schedule can never stay in sync to allow the time to exercise. Is it the schedule or me making an excuse? Do you struggle with finding time to exercise or you do make excuses?
What do you think when someone tells you to run? Yeah, not very pleasant words, right? Running is so not my thing. Anything dealing with cardio wasn’t my thing. It felt like anything I did involving cardio contradicted what I wanted to do for my body. So, I had this lingering question in my mind….should skinny people do cardio?
