Ok, for all my fitness resolution folks. How did you do your first month of 2019? Did you stay focused? Did you stick to your schedule? It’s ok if you didn’t, but let’s get it together and knock it out of the park in February. My first month started strong. I did 4:30 a.m. workouts with hubby and they were painful. Painful to my eyes. Like, my eyes felt like they were lifting weights.
